General
<sup>1. I have the right to decline a commission.
2. I maintain the copyright for all my artwork, use it in portfolios, and display my work (Banner, profile pictures, social media posts).
3. Additional fees might apply for NDA.
4. I will not copy other artist's styles, meaning I will reject any request to draw (e.g., Studio Ghibli style).
5. Please provide a social media link for me to contact you regarding the commission details, questions, and updates.</sup>Deadlines and Delivery
^{✧ I will start a day after the approved request form.
✧ The work will be done in 3 to 7 days, depending on the difficulties. Full and detailed renderings will take more time since they take time to draw. Please do not rush me since I might do several commissions at the same time.
✧ If rush work is needed, then rush fees might applied.}Revisions
^{✧ 3 Major revisions can be done during sketching and coloring tests. (What includes major revisions: Changing pose, Character, hairstyles, clothes, color palette.)
✧Any revisions after line art coloring will cost additional fees and time. (+USD 3 for minor revisions, +USD 7 for Major revisions)
✧Additional time will be needed depending on how fast the communication between the client and the artist is.}Terms of Use
A. Non-Commercial Use
<sup>✧Only personal use if commercial rights weren't purchased, which means you cannot use my artwork in any streaming platforms, and/or use it as merch, etc.,
✧ You are NOT allowed to:
1. Take credit for the artwork,
2. Trace or plagiarize my work,
3. Remove signature from artwork,
4. Sell the artwork and/or claim it as your work,
5. Reselling artwork for redistribution and external projects, commercial or non-commercial, i.e., t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc. unless previously agreed on,
6. Use it for Al learning/generation/sampling,
Use it for NFT/blockchain.
✧ The commissioner is free to use it for personal purposes (Will include Use as a social media icon, profile pictures, and decoration) and repost the artwork anywhere as long as credit is given.</sup>B. Commercial use (Include: Streaming, Content, ADS, Merchandise, Print)
^{✧ Commercial usage will require to be agreed upon beforehand and will cost double the price for merchandise and printed uses.
✧ Once commercial rights have been purchased, the artwork is bound only to the buyer, and is free to make profits of any scale however, this DOES NOT INCLUDE NFTS AND AI USAGE.}Refunds
^{✧ I do not offer refunds unless I cannot finish the commission you have requested.
✧ The refund will be partial.
✧ I will send it with the unfinished work. In this scenario, the buyer is free to edit, remove, or make profits with the unfinished work.
✧ If this case does happen, I will contact you first regarding the refund and the drawing progress.
✧ Please do not assume that I cannot finish the commission.}
